I ordered 1 taco pirata papa chorizo drive thru they took so long to charge me to get to the window I finally pay exit once I open my bag taco it’s cold cheese still cold beans everything; almost 10 min for a cold taco picture you can see cheese not melted
If you're gonna swing by to try out the pancakes, I suggest you go elsewhere unless you want them to look like this. One side looks fine enough which is how they are presented. However, if you ordered to go you probably won't notice until you get home and take a bite or decide to flip em. Don't even think about getting a refund, all you'll get is their condolences. Great tacos, wouldn't go for the pancakes unless you feel like having a bad time.
I paid 32 dlls for 2 pirata jr combos and only got 1. The girl didn’t notice that I paid for 2 combos. And when I got the food it was literally tacos with bean (lots) and cheese sprinkled with meat. I paid for meat and got just beans. Never going back
I was parked and waiting for over an hour, i had to go inside and ask for my order and still wasn’t ready. When given to me it was wrong and everything was cold the piratas had litterally just beans cheese and very little meat. I called to complain and exchange my order and they never picked up the phone. THE WOST LOCATION in Laredo.
This location on Guadalupe has terrible customer service. Each time I go wether that be drive through or sit down I’m always there waiting for my meal or to even order my meal for atleast 20 minutes. If you see more than 3 cars in line expect to be there for 25+ mins and don’t leave the line without checking your order because you’ll tell them one thing and they’ll just give you what they want to give you. If you’re hungry and want taco palenque go literally anywhere else in the city BESIDES GUADALUPE. I understand having lines backed up but the other stores in the city move 5x faster with bigger lines. I just waited over 20 minutes for one taco and it wasn’t even the taco I ordered.
