Food was good buy the dinning area was dirty. I saw all the tables dirty. I saw one employee pick up a tray but he did not bother to clean the table. The floors were full of small piecesvof chips and left over food. I saw a table with disposable plates and cups that remained there the entire time we were there. I think management should have one employee cleaning tables at all times.
I went November 4 at 10 pm~ and ordered two bowls and two cups. One cup, unnoticed by me had a squished mosquito on the inside on the cup. I had only noticed after drinking and seeing it revealed. I told staff about the incident only to be given another cup. I was expecting at least to be removed the soda from my charge considering how unsanitary and disgusting the experience was. They seemed lethargic and didn't seem at all apologetic. The food, on top of everything, was bland and weirdly portioned. When we were paying for the order we waited at the register for a solid 5 minutes for someone to charge us. The quality of this place has misfortunately nosedived since its opening. Im severely disturbed with my experience and advise you to pick someone else to dine.
Wow, this location is amazing. The staff is so efficient and polite. Everyone line order I have placed has been ready for me and was delicious. Not to mention this location has beautiful women working here. The one with the Pink hydro flask is amazing.
I ordered the carne asada tacos with pico de gallo,guacamole and sour cream. The meat didn’t taste fresh, it tasted frozen. The condiments were fresh but so cold which made the whole taco cold. The floors were dirty and the atmosphere felt dark and gloomy. Brighten up Chipotle!
