Just went to pick up an order thru drive thru . Omg itβs like McDonaldβs long drive thru line waited 20 minutes in line . When given order the cashier asked whatβs why my order I told her and when I got home the order was incomplete. Being Whataburger it had a great customer service and now your 2nd best to McDonaldβs long line at drive thru and canβt even get the order right even when the customer repeats it to you . Double check the orders before you bag them and hand them to the customers .
Everything always taste good, Add some onion rings extra crispy and create take your taste buds to another level... of course always check your order before taking off because no one is perfect. but other than that me and my family love this place.
Visiting town for UIL band contest and this place near by our hotel. Walked in, greated by both cashiers quickly and friendly. Took our orders, asked if we needed anything and finished ringing up order. Food was to go and within 5mins we had our meals. Got to our hotel and even after parking, checkin and taking our stuff to our room, when we finally sat down to eat, was still very warm.
