I'm giving a 4 on the food, not for taste, but because I have Whatasized my fries twice in the last week and have been given the equivalent to maybe a medium size order. Considering we spent over 60 bucks both times I think I'm ok in complaining. I know your better than that. Next time I'll go inside and voice my opinion.
I opted for Whataburger to avoid McDonald’s e-coli and I received a half cooked burger. I called to advise of the situation and a person by the name of Mauro says, “ok, if you want we’ll replace the meat, I mean, you can come and we will replace only the burger, well done.” And continues to repeat, only the burger. I respond by saying ok but tomorrow cause my lunch hour is over just on the commute. Keeping in mind what she said about only the burger, I said, well maybe I can be reimbursed for gasoline too. She just laughed it off. Meanwhile I am stuck with no lunch and the possibility of getting sick.
The manager and workers here were very kind to me. After a long day, and not being able to see (forgot my glasses), they patiently waited for me and helped me decide on what to order. Genuine customer service that I don’t see too often. Kindness goes a long way - thank you Whataburger team.
What a disaster! Brayan D was the cashier? I clearly ordered a number 5, the bacon cheeseburger.
And when I got home, I realized They had not given me my drink. I went back and got the drink, and then I came home and I bit into the burger and there was no bacon. Huge disappointment! I don't know how you can confuse a number one with the number 5. I read the receipt. Not only was the food cold, but it was the wrong order. And the burger was all smashed, the fries were cold by then.
