I ordered A Whatawings meal and got boneless wings at Whataburger! The name to this meal should be changed. I’m staying here in Laredo for the week for orientation and the food places are not living up to their standards in this area, so disappointing!
had a nice lunch yesterday but today woke up at 4am in the hotel just across the road as someone decided it's a good time to clean the entrance area with a pressure washer.
Be aware, they are stealing from customers. When you order they will tac on charges to make it a large and not even ask you, this is a very sad thing coming from a brand that was thought to be known as a " trust worthy business"
Worst experience with our food order. They brought out an incomplete order and wanted me to confirm it was incomplete…2x. On the 3rd time i had to ask for the manager who STILL wanted me to confirm! I showed her the receipt (again) showed her that 2 in our party were sitting at the table without food. It was only THEN that she realized we were still missing our order. After about 30 minutes of back and forth from beginning to end they finally got the order to us.
This place has a clean atmosphere I can't remember the last time I've seen a lobby this clean at a fast food restaurant and I've been all over the country. The food is hot fresh and delicious. Super friendly service.
