I received a warm welcome when entering. The manager on duty took my order. The staff all seemed happy to be there. This was the cleanest WhatABurger establishment I’ve ever been in. Very impressed by that. The food was just as good as the rest of my experience here.
The southern bacon double burger is good, and the onion rings were nice and fresh, and the sweet tea even tasted fresh. The service was friendly and smiling and received my food quickly, and that says a lot nowadays. What more could you ask for.
Dry patty and my hash browns are just dumped in the bag. Just disappointing, this location is always getting something wrong. Sometimes they forget the fries and sometimes if not most of the time the fries are undercooked. Update as of March 2022 I no longer stop at this location because they don’t cook the food properly. They give you raw fries and raw hash browns, apparently they give you food poisoning as well. This place needs to shut down for a day for retraining because it’s gone so down hill and it’s not safe to give undercook food. .

6 months agoLobby open until 11:00 pm. Great service and fresh food. This location is on point. They recommended the brownie and the cookie. Both were delicious.
