Taco Palenque

I was here a few days ago. The food was good but the service was less than great. I saw 3 ladies standing doing nothing to help the rest of the staff. They stayed talking for 30 minutes maybe even more.

Worst customer service. I went to pick up my order that I had ordered 30min prior. I was told to wait on the side while 3 other vehicles passed by and I kept waiting for my order. I had to call 5x to finally get an answer by a rude employee that barely said anything. I was finally turned in my order and the employee did not say a word and just walked away. I get home to finally eat my food and my burrito was sloppy and I had ordered extras and didn’t get anything. I was still charged for the extras. The frustration was so much that I had to go through the calling process AGAIN but I gave up, I got no answer. Also what is the point of picking the salsas on the app if they’re going to give you whatever they want anyway. Taco Palenque customer service going to the trash

This TACO PALENQUE isnt the same I asked for fajita taco in the morning ,and they gave me old fajita that tasted horrible then they didnt put the greasy as TACOS in a plastic bag like they use to, The service in this TACO PALENQUE was horrible I wouldnt recommend this location due to the staff that are serving horrible food tasting horrible for alot of MONEY , Noone pays alot of Money for trash food. They need to train thier staff more especially the lazy cooks serving old fajita.

Good customer service through the drive thru. The wait time is not long. May differ from the time of day. Good mexican food in South Laredo.

This was a horrible experience lady with attitude, messing up my order, and food tasted awful and threw up.
