I had an amazing experience at Red Lobster! The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the garlic shrimp scampi was full of flavor. The cheddar bay biscuits, as always, were to die for!
What made the visit even more special was our server, Jennifer. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She recommended some great dishes, and her positive attitude really enhanced our dining experience. Jennifer truly went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely be back because of her exceptional service. Highly recommend!
Worst service EVER. We just left after waiting for 15 minutes to be asked for our drinks. But the waitress that was serving our area intentionally acted like either she didn’t see us even though she loudly asked the table directly in back of us if they would like a dessert. We went there because the other three nearby restaurants were packed and this one was practically empty. Now we know why. Extremely disappointing to see Red Lobster completely let go of their once exceptional customer service. The service isn’t even mediocre it’s beyond rude. There is a huge sign outside, “Yes we are OPEN!” With that kind of horrible customer customer service, it won’t be very much longer. And oh, it’s 8:30 p.m. and they close at 11:00. It’s not as if they’re closing in 10 minutes. WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER AGAIN. 0 stars. This was the location in Laredo, Texas.
We had a terrific waitress named Jennifer. She was very attentive and she offered complimentary ice cream for my birthday. The food was fantastic! No wait time to be seated and the atmosphere was so peaceful for our little night out.
