STOP COMING HERE!!
I have worked service and food industry, at places that had hours long rushed. So I can't understand why every time I come to any of Popeyes' locations some always goes wrong. But after this I am definitely not coming back to any of them. I came to the order carry out. The lady in the counter was in training, so I was understanding about it, we've all been there. So after over 5 minutes of trying to make a simple order it was done and I paid. Got my drinks and sat down to wait. One customer after another came and went with their order and after 10 min I decided to confront these clowns about my order before me. I was the only customer in the lobby when I made my order by the way. So apparently this lady charged my order but no one bothered to ring it in.
Like I said, I've done this before and it is not a difficult job.
You either need better trainers or stop hiring incompetent people. And then you're amazed that customers are angry when you can't do a simple job. Ridiculous. I wish I could give them a lower score then a 1.
Get on the ball! I am not coming back, I can make better and healthier fried chicken at home! Don't waste your money here!
I only came to this location because the one by 359 was out of chicken strips and I wanted to try the tilt ok trend of the blackened strips w mashed potatoe. The gentleman that took my order was polite and so was the one who delivered it to my vehicle. Also this is the first Popeyes I've been to with wifi which I love! Order#685

We're out of town, in Laredo. Decided to stop in for their new item, Voodoo tenders, and of course a sandwich. We were told that they didn't have the sandwiches..WHAT! they're supposed to be BACK! We then ordered the tenders and were told that they don't have the chives for the Voodoo tenders. Bummer, BUT BUT! The cashier and the others were very nice and had really good customer service. How could you be mad. They did a good job.
Let me start with the service, it is one the most pitiful services you can find in restaurants! When you walk in to order it’s like you not there trying to order, and I’m a tall guy I’m pretty sure they can see me! You order and have to repeat your order cause I guess all them delayed fryer timer beepers broke their eardrums from letting the chicken over sit in the fryer!! Last time my chicken took 45 minutes to be handed to me and when I got home it was not fresh, but dry and over cooked! I angrily told the front counter person that my order was already going on 45 minutes and it was this Luigi looking dude that said it wasn’t 45 minutes which I proved him wrong with my receipt! The manager lady there has to shape up that store pronto!!
Don't like much to eat fried food but it's fine ones I feel like eating couple of Popeyes fried chicken not that I don't like but let's say it's a special occasion thanks you guys good job until the next one awesome.
