Friendly employees and Fries and Red beans were on point! Unfortunately the hot wings were disgusting as well as the flounder sandwich. But luckily wings were free!
Food was fine, except for the soda. Soda tasted old like the machine hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The guy taking the orders in the drive through was rushing me through my order and definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. I order a spicy chicken sandwhich combo with fries, yet the fries were just tossed into a small baggie and were spilling out every where.
Guys rethink about going to this popeyes. Manager has inadequate customer service experience. This is the second time they short me tenders at this location. This time I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get my tenders because they shorted me. Also there were tenders the size of nuggets, employees on their phones, and insufficient staffing. Furthermore manager never apologized and someone else completed my order. My advice is double check your food if you use drive thru...you should always get what you pay for.
3 stars for service only because I was standing at the counter picking up my online order and was not knowledged until I grabbed the employees' attention.
There was also a family that sent their young son to ask if their food was ready... they seemed upset.
The food was great as always, just need training on customer service.
