Very Delicious breakfast Mariachis ... They are huge and very filling ... A tall young man was my server ... Very attentive ..👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽... Very reasonably priced food ... I will definitely be going back ...
Service was great as soon as I walked in, tacos were good but Tortillas were a little on the tough side. Tacos are big and didn't finish the 2 I ordered. They have freshly squeeze orange juice.
We had the pancakes with fruit for my youngest daughter, Paulitas special that has the 3 eggs with salsa, barbacoa, bacon, potatoes and beans, my other daughter asked for the Omlet Light with weat toast, avocado slices, tomato slices and the onset is 4 egg whites with spinach mushroom mexican cheese. The hubby had taco de guisado and taco de barbacoa. The TACOS ARE VERY BIG TO FIT THE PLATE AND THE PLATES ARE WELL SERVED. WELL PRICED.
The tortillas are never fresh. They always look and feel like like they've been sitting there all morning. They are usually at least warm when I come home with my plate. I assume the tortillas would get reheated on the stove.
This time, they were cold and falling apart, like they reheated them in a microwave or they were sitting around in foil on a hot plate.
It just feels like this location on McPherson doesn't care to be consistent in quality. I stopped ordering plates from this location even before COVID for these reasons.
They're even downsizing in portions now.
There is hardly any bacon in both mine and my husband's plate.
Paulitas raised their prices sometime in the past few years like all other restaurants across the country. But they give you less when you're paying more.
I would expect different when the people of Laredo are the ones who helped make them what they are today.
Paulitas McPherson takes advantage of that loyalty and the fact that most of us have the mentality of never complaining and just being grateful for what we have.
They made us wait for our food even though we ordered our food about an hour beforehand. Food was missing from our order and one taco had a questionable meat in it which was covered in strange green spots 🤢 The egg in the tacos was also not thoroughly cooked. When I called the manager to let her know what happened she tried to gaslight me into believing that's how meat normally is and proceeded to tell me I need to send her pictures so she can see the tacos...which I did. Upon doing so I realized there was a hair in said taco 🤮 Never going there again!
