The place is indeed the middle of Laredo, hidden. Upon arrival, the entrance was creative and easy to access. There are arrow signs, and signs with directions. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall great experience, that day we were the only customers there which was great! A family of 5, 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 toddlers. For the Admission for 2 adults, 1 child, plus Giraffe experience, Lemur experience, which included feed for the animals it's came out to just about $200.
We touched, fed a lot of animals, and walked through the petting zoo area, then went to the Giraffe, then Lemur area. Really nice place to go with a family. We'll worth the money, money well spend. Just really hidden, a lot of people don't know about it. Hopefully we can visit again.
It would of been 5 stars BUT the place does need a little more work such as better directions and signs, a little confusing for someone first time. Great overall.
It was a very nice experience specially because is here in my town. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The animals are well taken care. I will totally recomend this place. Go early is much better and take good hydration 🤩
Incredibly accomodating, kind workers who made our party go by smoothly. They worked with our schedule, allowed us plenty of time on the tour, and did their best to make sure we got to see as many animals as possible. I can't imagine a better place to have a party, particularly for children who love animals. Pricing was also very reasonable. I would recommend without a doubt to anyone, and I hope the community continues supporting this great park.
This little gem needs to be on Laredo's Top Things to Do in Laredo List!!! I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised. They have a surprising variety of wildlife that were clearly very well cared for. Their staff was friendly, eager to share information about the animals and the facility, and always making sure guests were properly attended. We even got to feed and pet a giraffe!! I initially felt it might be a little over priced, but by the end of our 3 hour adventure - I realized it was definitely worth every penny! I really hope Laredo gets out there to support them as this is one of the best family activities Laredo has to offer!! I can't wait to go back and see what new animals they bring into the adventure!
