The chicken Rockefeller has to be the best entree I've had! The waiter took a while to get out order, but it was during lunch time so it was understandable. Other than that it was a good experience.
We ate there two days in a row and the food was delicious! The staff are super friendly and we had a great experience! We ordered ceviche tostadas, Roca salad, seafood stuffed mushrooms, and chicken alfredo. Everything was good, but the Roca salad has large chunks of imitation crab, which was not an improvement. The alfredo was possibly the tastiest I've ever had and I lived in Italy. It was so good and my child loved it. The stuffed mushrooms were a huge portion that could be shared between 4 or more people. Overall everything was excellent!
La Roca Seafood was one of the first options for seafood restaurants for the city of Laredo. In my recent visit it was a very calm and clean place.
RECOMMENDATION: 3/5 Shrimp soup
SERVICE: 3/5 It was good enough.
IT COULD BE BETTER: The menu. They have too many dishes that they need to focus on less and make them the best in town.
Wonderful atmosphere for couples or groups.Place has a bar area also. Plenty space for parking.
