Came to enjoy a nice meal from Jack in the box McPherson was very upset that as I was finishing my burger it had mold on it. That wasn’t the worst. My children had just finished eating theirs. I was infuriated. I went back to get a full refund of not only my burger but everything I bought and they were offended. I will never go back.

This place is pretty clean and has good employees ..
Only thing is that their Coke machine has never worked and has been like that for over 2 years now ☹️ ... Good thing is that they gave me a larger drink than the small cup 👍
No ice from soda machine, NASTY restroom, and the worst Jack in the Box tacos I've ever had. Half filled, mostly just shell. The food was hot at least.
I have 30 minutes without my order being delivered, and a window not even to say what I need, or give me my drink, the app does not give the option of a large combo either and I see if there is one. Terrible service, minimum to say that they have an error. In the end I had to tell them if they had my drink ready, and they only tell me their order was #7, right?, and I answered no, I ordered online, my order was already ready, but they assumed they had it wrongly delivered to someone else, instead of asking what my order was and saying there was a mistake, if they had asked me from the beginning it would have taken less time. since it was ready in an already closed bag.
Went there the other day and the lady out me on hold for 10 minutes , just to tell me they didn’t have tacos. Not only that but the lady in the drive Thru seemed to care more about gossiping with her other coworkers and seemed to be bothered when taking my order. If teenagers with an attitude don’t want to work then they should just stay at home
