Danny’s Restaurant

Upon recommendation from my brother my wife and I proceeded to this particular location. The food and drink were absolutely delicious. The ambiance was so pleasant. Claudia our waitress was the cherry topping on our desert! She was absolutely outstanding! She made this trip from Edinburg tx to Laredo all the better. We are definitely pleased and looked forward to coming back. Out of the many places we have eaten Claudia sincerely made it so much better! Thank you Claudia and may God bless you! We love Danny’s restaurants, but we were not impressed with this location. The server seemed like she could care less if we were satisfied. I had to ask for the manager, because the barbacoa plate, as pictured, had more of everything else than the actual barbacoa, which seemed like a small amount in our opinion. The potatoes seems overcooked as well. Other Danny’s locations, as well as Paulitas, will serve you the same plate with plenty of barbacoa as the main item. I think what bothered us the most was her demeanor, not the issues with the plate. We will not be going back

I went because they have beef and chicken soup I enjoyed the chicken soup It's a large bowl with a leg quarter of chicken and has the usual vegetables besides chick peas I like those. Although I think the large bowl is kinda pricey at $9.99 They also have enchiladas and they're on the special Our server was very attentive Overall it was a good experience.

We can never go wrong with Danny's. The service and food is always top notch!
