Danny’s Restaurant

Ordered chicken fried steak and waitress came and had me point out on menu what it was she did not understand me I guess. When it came it was not what I pointed at and told her I wanted which was chicken fried steak. She took it and when it came a second time and it was so hard not even with a the knife I was given could I cut through it. I showed waitress and she brought a manager and he said what I ordered was a fried steak dish and that’s what I ordered. I said it was fine and would not let them take it back again. Just wanted to leave. And we were brought bill and the plate I didn’t even eat was on ticket. So I took photo in front of waitress and it was then manager took it off ticket . Rock hard by the way and just very disappointed with customer service and all around service.

The reason why im giving a 2 star review is because last time i went there and order a chile relleno there was a some kind of hard plastic on it, a chocking hazard even. They ended up giving me another plate but I requested a refund instead but they denied my request. I consider this dannys to be the best in town but that was a bit of a rough expirience.

Tampiquena plate came with a 2 oz steak,dry beans and the rice and enchiladas look like they been there for a while. Tasted horrible.... thats why I prefer "QUEREQUE RESTAURANT" across Mcpherson street from this restaurant

Danny's restaurants are usually very good. This one was no exception. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was because they didn't bring us chips and salsa, which is usually a standard, and the tortillas were not homemade like they usually have. Other than that, our breakfast tacos were delicious and the coffee was really good.

My boyfriend and I are here for our Christmas dinner and I was a little disappointed by the plate, I ordered. The fajita was not all the way cooked and it had big pieces of fat on it. Also they gave us very little guacamole too, and it was an expensive plate, not worth the price I paid for it, very sad experience.
