I like the egg rolls there, food is hot and good. Servers are always nice. They check on you frequently even they are busy . Happy dining experience.
Update: My kid likes the kids meal with chocolate milk. It is disappointing that they don’t have chocolate milk during our recent visits .
You really can't go wrong with Chili's, it's a go-to place when you don't want to hassle with iffy restaurants.
This Chili's is always clean & staff has been great. I love their burgers & fries. Everything was good. I'm just a bit dissapointed that the company did away with the original chicken crispers breading.
I even saw the manager out there helping the waitresses. You hardly see that anywhere.
Initial wait time for a party of 6 was 30 min. No problem, sit at the bar, a couple of drinks later go check what’s going on. A different hostess, very rude, asks who’s the party of 6? She said we would have to wait another 45 minutes unless we wanted to be split up. I turn around, I see a couple different solutions available, suggested them to her. She again very rudely said no. After some back and forth I gave up. Advised her it was clear she didn’t want to serve us and we were leaving. She did the same to a different party of 7 that was also waiting. Appeared to me, she was trying to empty the wait list with long wait times to avoid work. The real loser in this situation is the franchise owner. I will never return to this Chilis again, and will tell everyone who will listen how much its service sucks.
The mildly spicy Cajun Pasta with shrimp was not bad. The shrimp were succulent and plentiful. I had a bit of a wait after I entered before I was acknowledged. Luckily, after being served, I did not need a refill or condiments, and my food was fine.
