10/10 Highly recommend coming to this Chilis location. Food. Atmosphere. Service. Laura the manager was so welcoming and kind. We have never experienced such great customer service here in Laredo. We don’t go out often due to poor service industry Laredo has. But I will continue to come back here. We were treated so well & want others to be able to experience her hospitality. Great service! Tate was an incredible server. She constantly checked in on our table and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our meal. Food was also great!
Talked to her manager to let her know Tate was amazing and she was also very nice
Great and fast service! Food was perfect, no complaints! After a horrible experience at Texas Roadhouse (and not eating there!) we went straight to chilis, they said wait time for 6 people was 10-15 minutes, but they sat us down in less than 3 minutes, our server Gael was also amazing! Very attentive and making sure our needs were met, we got out drinks and sides/appetizers not even 10minutes of waiting and our food about 10 minutes after, the food was fresh and exactly how we ordered. Laura (I believe the manager) was such a pleasure to talk to and made our experience the best, she has such a sweet and energetic attitude that puts a smile on your face! Definitely recommend this chilis and will obviously be going back in the future!
