Also, the last chickfila to do away with asking for "well done," which really sucked for me, but I totally understand why it was possibly done.

I totally miss them making their sandwiches "well done (extra crispy)." There's a noticeable difference.
Their sun joy seems to have gotten better in flavor. Their chicken biscuits are tasty (though sometimes the biscuit can be really dry), and so is their chick-n-minis.
This is not the first, it’s each time I order through curbside pickup, I always add 6 pickles to my sandwich and they NEVER do it. Why? Then tonight’s experience was horrible. The guy was rude(first time ever) no my pleasure, no thank you he just said my name, gave me my order and walked away. I stuck my head out the window and asked, sir is that it and he said yeah! Wow. The traffic flow is horrible, they don’t know how to manage the parking lot so although it took me only ten minutes for them to bring out my order, it took me 19 minutes to get out of my curbside parking space and drive away from the restaurant. Curbside parking spaces are parked where they are allowing people to drive to the drive thru line. Who thought of this and this is ALL THE TIME. So by the time I got home, not only are the famous waffle fries cold and hard, there’s two pickles on my sandwich and no extra pickles in the bag. Plus my drink was wrong. Somethings got to give at THIS chick-fil-A location.
Great food as always, but very long traffic lines. If you are in a rush I wouldn't recommend. The workers were moving fast and helping direct traffic, but it was still too grid-lock to get in and I out of drive thru.
they always always mess up my salads and when i ask for correct sides i get unpleasant responses. and many of the order takers are uninformed and mislead me with menu items so i have left with food that i did not order and don't enjoy (has happened with wraps and sandwiches).
I usually pick up through drive thru but I decided to dine in with my bf and the service was super slow and they took forever to give me condiments, I get that people get busy but atleast acknowledge the customers it was about 4 customers waiting on the side for wrong orders or we needed condiments
