ATT store in North McPherson Rd have wonderful customer service! I enjoy going and Veronica and Tony, help me with my cellular or TV services. OUTSTANDING, Thanks!
So I ordered online to pick up in store. Pretty simple right? WRONG!!! I did everything in my part last night including payment, and as you can see I even have an order number. This morning I call customer service because one of my numbers couldn't be ported so after being on the line with them for an hour, they told me to go to the store and they could just either resubmit or get a new number. Problem solved right? WRONG AGAIN!!! Even though I was charged, it appears that att doesn't really generate an order. According to the person trying to help me in the store, there was no order and his suggestion was to create another order and get charged yet again. Of course I declined and will wait to see if they even return my money that I was scammed on. The guys at the store were nice, but this is business, and according to customer service and porting agent, the store was supposed to solve this issue which they didn't.
I had a frustrating experience with Pete at AT&T. Despite seeking assistance, he was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. His lack of attentiveness and failure to provide adequate solutions left me feeling dissatisfied with the service. I hope AT&T improves its customer support to ensure better experiences for its clients.
If I could have selected no stars I would have. I ordered a phone online so I could pick up during my lunch hour. Turns out there was a “glitch” in the system, my phone was ready but their pick up system had this “glitch” so I wasted time because the process needed to be done as if I was a walk in. After all this time I asked for them to at least waive the fee associated with a new device but was told only a manager could and one would be in contact with me. Well this manager, Danny Garay never bothered to call me. Mr Garay is apparently a manager that doesn’t care about customer service or customers period. If you’re looking for an ATT store for a purchase or support, DO NOT go to one where Mr Garay is the manager. You will be disappointed.
Update: Mr Garay finally called after 5 days and was extremely rude on the phone. In an effort to “shut me up” he will be giving a credit, which was not the point. The point was to get an apology for the time wasted from a “manager”. When I told him it didn’t sound like a policy he proceeded to try to argue with me said he was going to credit the fee then hung up.
