Had a hole on inside of trailer exposing insulation. They got right on it and sealed it with silicone , Lopez did a great job and was friendly as well. They had me on my way within an hour. Great experience.
Miguel, the service manager, did an outstanding job! He was knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue. His attention to detail and thoroughness really stood out, and he made sure to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. I highly recommend Miguel for any service needs—he’s a true professional!
Picking up from a cold chain here in Laredo and they wouldn’t accept my trailer because of an issue with the chute. Came over to W&B without an appointment and Mario Gomez and Louis Valencia got me right so I can continue with the load.
I was at W&B looking to solve a problem with my trailer and not only did they solve it but they helped me find other problems that I didn't know about and we were able to solve them in time. Excellent service, very good customer service from the entire team, especially Eric, Carlos and Miguel. I recommend them 100%. Thank you for your attention.
Reefer Down Loaded with 5000 bags of ice on board!!! I placed a call to WB in Laredo Tx. Answering service took all of the information and within 3 minutes Orlando Lopez called. Within an hour Orlando was on site making the repair. 30 minutes later repair was completed and reefer is preferring perfectly. Orlando has provided onsite services before for me - Simply put - Orlando is the best!!! Thank you for your incredible service.
