I went at 12pm during my lunch hour and placed a curbside order which said it would take 4-5 minutes max for the order to be ready. I received a notification that the order was ready about 20 minutes after placing the order, however, didn't receive the order until 10 minutes after receiving the notification after calling the restaurant to follow up. Aside from that, the food was well prepared and tasted good. I understand the long wait since there were no curbside spaces and other people were parking on the side of the mall waiting for their orders.
The service is really great, I have no complaints there. Today I ordered curbside (first time for this particular restaurant). I had no problems, just missing one drink that they were able to bring our fairly quickly. The food was hot and the fries were nicely salted. My sandwich was not correct as you'll see in the pictures. The Large lemonade ended up being diet, and the ice cream cone was in a cup (which is understandable since the heat here makes ice cream melt real fast). I recommend verifying your order once you get it. This wasn't a bad experience, persay. I am too lazy to go back to get my order fixed. Hahaha this doesn't always happen, so it shouldn't damper your idea of the place. I still lrecommend it, but more inside. I don't get problems inside, if any, it's easily fixable.
You can't really go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. I mean, they are always consistent with their food and their service. Their staff was full and they all had smiles on their faces. The food came out hot and fast.
I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with pepper jack cheese. It was perfectly cooked and delicious.
I ate here two days in a row while I worked a temp job at the mall. I would eat here every day if I had no other options.
Sadly I ordered a Spicy deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese. I even double checked that I ordered the right sandwich. NOT SPICY at all. It appeared red but there was absolutely no flavor. I feel like the #1 sandwich probably would’ve tasted better. Added CFA sauce, and even then couldn’t figure out the flavor. Spice level was 0. Disappointed since it was carry out, I ate it once I was gone from the mall and didn’t make it back to the store.
