The pride of the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon. A menu sent from heaven. Caldos, pozole, menudo, meat in sauce, and of course Cabrito! No Tex/Mex here! Food has great flavor and feels like old Mexico. Complementary fideo soup to start your meal as well as chips and salsa. Chip bowl includes salsa and chili seperate. I
had never seen that before. One can really feel the culture here. feels like eating in a loving family's house dinning room. Banda on TV to entertain. Great service.
CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!! Make sure to review your receipt for extra charges that do not align with the price of the menu. $1.99 (inexplicable charge posted to the patron), nor do they explain for up-charge alternatives, and a 15% automatic gratuity charge (non-optional/information is not addressed nor explained to consumer). P.S. Coffee was $3.99 per cup (which was watered down and not worth the cost). BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!
I was curious about this place, it seemed to be full all the time, so I decided to try it out. The place felt welcoming as we walked in. The friendly waitress took our order and the food was excellent. Homemade goodness, from the chips, salsa and very delicious beans, to the menudo and barbacoa. Come check it out for yourself, I think you'll like it.
